Jumpin' Juice, Half Full Red 2022

Patrick Sullivan is a young winemaker who produces some of the best natural wines in Australia from his vineyards in Victoria. His wines are inspired by, "emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place" and really capture the essence of southern Australia. Sullivan believes that great wines are made in the vineyard, not the winery; and as such, his wines are a real expression of the grapes themselves. Half Full Red 2022 is just an absolute delight. A blend of Pinot Noir and the white aromatic grape, Pinot Gris, it is super vibrant, fresh and ever so fruity. Crunchy notes of redcurrant, raspberry, cranberry and grapefruit combine with a good kick of acidity and medium tannins. A wine best served chilled and perfect as an aperitif.
